Wisconsin Raffle

How It Works

Supporting Wisconsin nonprofits, one raffle ticket at a time.

For Wisconsin Nonprofits

A complete platform for your raffle

  1. 1

    Register Your Organization

Create a free account — no setup fees, no monthly costs. You only pay a small percentage when tickets sell online (like any credit card processing fee).
  2. 2

    License Verification

Submit your Wisconsin Class A raffle license number. We verify it against the state database before you can publish any raffles. (Only Class A license holders can use the platform.)
  3. 3

    Set Up Your Raffle

    Enter your raffle details:
    • Prize information
    • Ticket price
    • Drawing date, time, and location
    • Starting ticket number
    • Quantity of tickets needed
  4. 4

    Choose Your Ticket Options

Option A — We Print Your Tickets

    • We print professional, compliant hard tickets and ship them to you
    • All required Wisconsin fields included
    • Consecutively numbered
    • Ready to sell in-person at your events
    • Perfect for organizations that want everything handled

Option B — You Print Your Own

    • We provide the template and specifications
    • You print your own physical tickets locally
    • Same format and numbering system

    For both options:

    • Online tickets sold through the platform are formatted to match your physical tickets exactly
    • Same size, same layout, same consecutive numbering sequence
  5. 5

    Publish & Share

Your raffle goes live on WisconsinRaffle.com. Share the link with your supporters via email, social media, or your website.
  6. 6

    Sell Tickets Two Ways

In-Person Sales: Sell your physical tickets at events, fundraisers, and in your community just like you always have.

    Online Sales:

    • Supporters buy tickets through your raffle listing
    • You receive instant notification of each sale
    • Payment goes directly to your account (minus processing fee)
    • Track all sales in your dashboard
  7. 7

    Print Online Tickets Before Drawing

Download a print-ready report of all online-sold tickets. Print and cut them to match your physical ticket size.
  8. 8

    Conduct Your Drawing

Place all ticket stubs into your drawing container:
    • Physical tickets you sold in-person
    • Online tickets you printed and cut

Conduct the drawing at your location exactly as you always have. All tickets — whether sold online or in-person — are identical and go into the same physical drawing.

WisconsinRaffle.com does not conduct drawings — you maintain complete control.

  9. 9

    Report & Recordkeeping

All ticket transaction records are stored in your dashboard for annual reporting and state compliance.
